The 4Bs was born from our passion for Alentejo and the surrounding Nature. Let us share with you some of the things that make us happy.
Our passion
Cycling is Rui's great passion. He has travelled far through Alentejo, across the country, through Europe, the United States and Morocco. He knows, like the back of his hands, the best tracks, the most picturesque villages and those places you really can't miss and that you should visit by bike, on a walk, or in search of the most interesting species of the local birdlife.
Susana also enjoys cycling and yoga, preferably in nature. She likes cooking and bringing the freshest produces from farm to table. Her motto is “Happiness can also be eaten” and it is this principle that she applies to the flavours and nutritious meals she prepares for those who visit the 4Bs.
O novo 4Bs veio ocupar um edifício no centro da vila de Castro Verde. É um “Bed&Breakfast” direcionado para Ciclistas que procuram um refúgio acolhedor durante as suas aventuras pela região. Aqui partilham-se viagens, experiências, aventuras. Sugerem-se rotas, novos percursos por descobrir. Numa conversa com os amigos, à mesa do jantar, partilhando uma refeição caseira, confeccionada com amor.
